I design the screen and then I build it. That combination is the whole point of me: I don't hand over a Figma file and hope, I take it through to production myself.
Nearly all of that time has gone into one hard problem — a School ERP with four completely different audiences in it. An admin needs density. A teacher needs speed. A student needs clarity. A parent needs to understand it on a phone, on a bad connection, without a manual. Same data, four different jobs, one consistent system.
Outside the day job I build and ship my own products: a multi-tenant ERP SaaS, a WhatsApp auto-reply tool, a wedding invitation platform. Design, frontend, and enough Node and MongoDB to get it live.
A school management ERP sold to schools as a product. Multi-tenant with role-based access, fee and admission dashboards, plus companion mobile apps for parents, students, teachers and admins. I own the UI/UX and the frontend.
The design problem underneath the product: one data model, four mental models. I planned the information hierarchy, built a shared component set, and kept the UI consistent across every module and both platforms.
A mobile app that puts a social feed and a storefront in the same product. I designed the flows for both halves and built the screens in React Native, wired to the team's REST APIs.
A WhatsApp auto-reply tool for small businesses — it answers enquiries, scores the lead, and hands the warm ones to a human. Built for how Indian SMBs actually sell: on WhatsApp, in Hindi and Hinglish.
Digital invitations with an Indian visual language — gold and maroon, scroll-led storytelling, music. Couples publish to their own link and pay per duration through Razorpay.
An AI design tool for shop owners in tier-2 and tier-3 cities. The interesting part is restraint: masked, selective edits with the rest of the artwork pixel-locked, so a festival poster doesn't come back mangled.
Owned the UI/UX architecture for the School ERP product end to end, built the web frontends in Next.js and the app screens in React Native, and ran UI planning and delivery with the dev team.
Replymio, the wedding invitation platform, and the poster studio — products taken from an idea to something people can pay for, aimed at the Indian market.
